Is this distinguished grey haired man on your staff, or shall we say your website?
In my review of over 1000 broker websites I have seen him on at least 25 websites all over the country in one stock photo or another.
While these stock office shots are nice if you really want to be effective use your own unique photos of your team. They tell your story not some bland office view that adds no value to your website.
With so many jobs this guy should fare well even with commission compression!
Here is his female counterpart who clearly makes a better impression than he does!
